I’m Travis, a Platform Engineer based in Ormond Beach, FL, with a decade of experience bridging the gap between complex infrastructure and developer productivity.

My engineering philosophy is rooted in a simple principle: Infrastructure should be a service, not a bottleneck. I specialize in building ‘Golden Paths’—creating the custom Python and C# tooling, modular IaC, and self-healing systems that allow developers to ship code without needing to be cloud experts themselves.

Whether I’m architecting GovCloud environments for federal compliance or building open-source CLI tools for rapid RDS recovery, my goal is to eliminate manual toil through event-driven automation. When I’m not streamlining deployment pipelines, I’m managing the beautiful chaos of life with my wife and our five kids.
